Fixed UI Bug Preventing Start Scene

Got this in a few minutes past the extended time unfortunately but we did get the HUD, Start Scene, and Home Base graphics working correctly.

The new version can be found HERE while the voting is still in place and will take over as the download file in our project once voting has ended!
